Calibo LLC, a digital platform and product company, has named Scott Sandschafer its new CEO. He will be replacing the company’s founder Raj Vattikuti, who will now serve as the executive chairman of Calibo and Altimertrik, from which Calibo diverged last November. Sandschafer brings 25 years of enterprise and consulting experience.
Sandschafer will helm Calibo as it expands its flagship Product Platform-as-a-service (pPaaS), leveraging his experience leading technology organizations and understanding of today’s digital business needs put him in position to further establish Calibo’s product ofeerings.
Prior to Calibo, Sandschafer was the global CIO of Novartis for five years, where he delivered one of the largest technology transformations in the pharmaceutical industry, establishing key capabilities for the company to become an industry leader in its use of digital technologies. He also spent six years as the CIO at Chrysler and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where upgraded the efficiency of the IT department.
