Livonia-based Team Schostak Family Restaurants has named Andre Rodriguez as the company’s new regional kitchen manager.
In this role, Rodriguez is focused on creating a culture of culinary pride in each of Team Schostak’s 65 Applebee’s locations throughout Michigan. He is responsible for developing and implementing systems and procedures that will be used by all Applebee’s locations, as well as working closely with kitchen managers on new culinary opportunities.
Rodriguez began his career in the restaurant industry at the age of 15. With experience in nearly every role within the kitchen, from line cook to assistant general manager, Rodriguez’s resume includes positions at T.G.I. Fridays, Bar Louie, and Aramark at Oakland University.
