Jerry Stakhiv has joined Sachse Construction, a Detroit-based commercial construction firm, as senior vice president and director of pre-construction.
Stakhiv brings more than 35 years of construction experience to Sachse. In his new role, he will provide pre-construction services to the firm’s commercial customers through conceptual estimating, GMP development, lump sum bidding, procurement, constructability, and business development.
Additionally, Stakhiv will develop and maintain relations with the local subcontractor community to enhance Sachse’s customer service.
Previously, Stakhiv served in a multitude of construction-based leadership roles throughout the metro Detroit area, including founding, owning and operating his own business.
