Sachse Construction Announces Louis Goldhaber As Chief Of Staff

Detroit-based Sachse Construction, a commercial construction management firm, has announced the appointment of Louis Goldhaber as the company’s first-ever chief of staff.

“In just five short years, Louis has grown from our special projects leader into his newly created position as chief of staff,” says Todd Sachse, Sachse founder and CEO. “His commitment to stepping up to raise the bar for our company and clients is second to none, and we are looking forward to leveraging his creativity, project management, and leadership skills to drive the company forward in 2018 and beyond.”

Goldhaber will serve Sachse Construction and Sachse’s sister company Broder & Sachse Real Estate as an in-house advisor, helping to ideate, develop, create, and execute key initiatives and projects, as well as provide strategic oversight and support to all entity stakeholders in the development of processes and plans. He will be responsible for the leadership, guidance, and resources for both companies to ensure cross-functional teams and managers are supported.

Goldhaber brings with him experience in construction, technology, sales, marketing, project management, event activation, strategic planning, and consulting. While at Sachse Construction and Broder & Sachse, Goldhaber has led the construction and owner’s representation of various high-profile projects, including The Scott at Brush Park and The Albert – Capitol Park.

Goldhaber has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Washington University in St. Louis. He is on the board of directors for The Woodward Society and Hillel of Metro Detroit.
