Ross Mortgage Corp., a full-service residential mortgage lender based in Troy, announced Sheri Crump has been promoted to chief operating officer, Nancy Aupperle to executive vice president of branch growth and retention, and Ericka Staton to executive vice president of marketing.

“We are grateful to have these three talented and driven women continue to grow and hone their skill sets within Ross Mortgage,” says Tim Pascarella, president of Ross Mortgage Corp. “These leaders have all continued to excel in their roles and responsibilities to assist Ross Mortgage in achieving aggressive growth and expansion goals. I am looking forward to seeing what they accomplish in their elevated roles in 2022.”

As COO, Crump will be expanding upon her responsibilities to increase efficiencies and decrease expenses by continually evaluating Ross Mortgage’s systems and process flows. She will also oversee and support the operations team, while working closely with departments companywide to maintain quality control.

In her new role, Aupperle will elevate her responsibilities as the branch liaison for 10 Ross Mortgage branch locations, as well as continue to manage corporate growth initiatives as a member of the executive team.

In her elevated seat, Staton will be working on strategic brand management at an executive level by supporting loan officers and branch managers with everything they need to serve customers from marketing materials, messaging, social media support, and more.
