ROYAL OAK — Ross Mortgage Corp. has hired Marcia Karas, a mortgage loan officer serving its Grand Rapids branch.
In her new role, Karas is responsible for expanding upon Ross Mortgage’s ability to create an enhanced customer experience for residents in the west Michigan community. Her capability to exceed client expectations and originate a high volume of loans will be critical to the success of Ross Mortgage’s team of top producing loan officers.

With more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry, Karas possesses a strong understanding of all aspects of the business. Most recently, Karas served as the president of Broadmoor Financial Services, a mortgage brokerage specializing in government, conventional, non-conventional, subprime and small commercial lending. Her decision to join Ross Mortgage was driven by her ability to leverage Ross’ complete in-house lending team to better service clients and further advance her career.
