ROYAL OAK — Ross Mortgage Corp., a regional, full-service residential mortgage lender headquartered in Royal Oak, announced the hire of Jeff Ehrlich as vice president of underwriting management.

Ehrlich will work to expand Ross Mortgage’s ability to create an enhanced customer experience through increased production levels and quick turnaround times. His ability to drive the underwriting process and develop comprehensive policies will be critical to his role.

Most recently, Ehrlich served as the compliance manager at John Adams Mortgage, where he managed underwriting processes to ensure compliance with investor guidelines. Prior to John Adams, Ehrich worked at Quicken Loans for more than six years as director of operations, where his responsibilities included underwriting FHA, VA and conventional loans.
