TROY — Ross Controls has promoted Jeffrey J. Hand to president and chief executive officer. Hand replaces John G. Smith, who recently announced his retirement after a 40-year career with Ross. Smith will remain involved in the company as its chairman of the board of directors.
Hand has held several positions during his 12 years at Ross, most recently as president of North American operations.
