Rose Pest Solutions President to Lead National Association

TROY — Russ Ives, president of Troy-based Rose Pest Solutions, was elected president of the National Pest Management Association, headquartered in Fairfax, Va. 

Ives, of Birmingham, will be the third generation in his family to hold this position when installed in October. His grandfather, Harlem Ives, served 1954-1955 and his father, H. William Ives, served 1977-1978.

The nonprofit organization, with more than 7,000 members from around the world, supports the pest management industry’s commitment to the protection of public health, food, and property.

Ives graduated with a bachelor’s in economics from Amherst College and earned his MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
