Ehrlich Crain has joined Roncelli’s Detroit office as business development and diversity leader.
Formerly with BuildTech LTD, Crain will provide management and business development expertise while mobilizing and strengthening supplier diversity for Roncelli.
Crain has nearly 35 years of construction and real estate development experience. His career achievements include the residential development of Detroit’s Woodward Place and Jefferson Village where he was the vice president of planning and development. He also was involved in the Hudson department store demolition in Detroit along with the construction of the new Mumford High School and the Detroit Public Safety Headquarters.
He is currently a board member of the City of Detroit-Downtown Development Authority, Board President of the Detroit Innovation Academy Charter School, a Member of the Community Outreach Committee of the Detroit Athletic Club, and the Construction Group Subcommittee Chairman for the Michigan Minority Supplier Diversity Council.
Crain is a graduate of Western Michigan University.
