SOUTHFIELD — Neil Rockind, founder of Southfield-based criminal defense law firm, Rockind Law, has been invited to serve on the Advisory Board for the Washington, D.C.-based National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
The Advisory Board of NACDA includes one criminal defense attorney from each state and considers issues such as continuing legal education and best practices in the criminal defense field. The invitation to serve on the advisory board was determined by member votes, with Rockind receiving the highest number of votes for Michigan.
Rockind is celebrating the 15th anniversary of the founding of Rockind Law in 2015. Earlier this year he was named among 25 Leaders in the Law by the legal trade publication, Michigan Lawyers Weekly.
