Rock Ventures Brings Two More Companies to Downtown Detroit

DETROIT — Rock Ventures announced Wednesday that two more companies will open an office this month in the Rock Ventures-owned Chrysler House (formerly the Dime Building), a 23-story building located at 719 Griswold in downtown Detroit.

EverStaff – Cleveland-based recruiting company Everstaff is the premier resource for providing the most qualified and skilled individuals to organizations of all sizes. The company will initially have a few employees in the downtown Detroit office, and it hopes to expand as it becomes an integral part in recruiting top talent to Detroit.

EverStaff is eager to utilize its resources to meet clients’ needs by offering direct hire, temp-to-hire, temporary placement services, vendor management, and employee pay-rolling services to companies in the city.

FNC Holding Company, Inc. – FNC, a real estate information technology company based out of Oxford, Mississippi, will also have a handful of employees in Chrysler House. FNC’s leading real estate information technology ensures compliance and streamlines workflow for major mortgage leaders, servicers, and community and regional banks.

The company is expanding to downtown Detroit because of its existing relationship with Quicken Loans and Title Source, and is excited to expand its Detroit clientele and play a role in the city’s revitalization.
