Angott Search Group, a full-service executive search firm based in Rochester, announced the appointment of J.T. Westendorf as president.

For more than 15 years, he’s been responsible for filling key roles for his clients at all levels including numerous at the C-suite. Westendorf sees the company’s own culture reflected in their long-standing relationships with companies that ASG serves.
“This is a relationship-based business. I am excited to lead the charge by making new connections for our team by expanding our service offerings,” says Westendorf. “At the same time, we will continue to strengthen the existing relationships our organization has built throughout our long-standing history.”
In 2022, he will lead developments underway to integrate new technologies, growing functionality, and the continued delivery of quality service to their clients and candidates.
