New York-based Turner Construction company has named Robert Bowen as the general manager of the Michigan location.
As GM, Bowen will be responsible for directing the operations and services in Michigan.
For the past 25 years, Bowen has been serving the company in various positions. He has been a field engineer, purchasing manager, superintendent, special projects division operations manager, project manager, senior project manager, construction executive, and more.
Bowens experience in the field of construction has served industries across the board from education and health care to even commercial and historical renovation. His assistance to the company has successfully contributed to $900 million in completed projects.
Bowens is a LEED accredited professional and a board member of the United States Green Building Detroit, MI chapter. He is also a current instructor for the Turner School of Construction Management. Bowen attended the University of Southern California where he received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
