High Level Marketing, a West Bloomfield Township-based digital marketing solution company, has announced the appointment of Robb Lippitt as COO.
“HLM is fortunate to gain the dynamic and proven leadership of Robb Lippitt,” says Wesley Mathews, co-founder and CEO. “His addition to our team will help HLM continue to best serve our existing clients and position us for additional growth moving forward.”
Since 2014, Lippitt was founding partner of Secret Sauce Capital, an early stage venture capital and consulting company. Before Secret Sauce, he served as CEO of Revolution Dancewear, a private equity-backed manufacturer and distributor of dancewear. While there, Lippitt oversaw multiple acquisitions, including in England and France. He serves on corporate boards and mentor CEOs.
Lippitt practiced law for seven years, then embarked on his career in business after becoming COO and general counsel of ePrize in 2001. He also served on ePrize’s board, assisting the company’s meteoric growth, which also included a recapitalization of the company in 2005.
He left ePrize in 2007 and worked with startups in founding, leadership, and advising capacities. Lippitt served on nonprofit boards such as Repair the World, the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit, Jewish Federations of North America’s National Young Leadership Cabinet, and Tamarack Camps.
