Rob Humphries Named New Partner in Honigman’s Insurance Group

Rob Humphries has joined the insurance practice group of Detroit-based law firm Honigman as a partner. With more than 15 years of experience, Humphries, who is dual qualified as a Cayman Islands and U.S. attorney, brings corporate and transactional insurance experience to the firm.

Humphries’ practice focuses on a range of insurance, reinsurance, and captive insurance work including mergers and acquisitions, structuring, formations, corporate governance, and ongoing regulatory advice.

He also has experience in general corporate and commercial work including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general commercial transactions within the insurance, investment funds and broader financial services industry where he can draw on his considerable onshore and offshore experience.
