OAK PARK — RingSide Creative CEO Steve Wild will merge its production operations division with Jeff Moon Production Services, Inc. to form subsidiary, Moonlink Studios LLC. Moonlink Studios is now the largest single source provider of production related services in Michigan.
Robin Tracey and Jeff Moon have been named co-managing directors to oversee daily operations.
“This union greatly benefits our mutual client base by creating a high quality, interconnected and cost effective resource for a complete media production service,” Moon says.
“Over the past two years we have developed an extremely successful partnership with JMPSI, and are now excited to officially bring the team together in this manner,” Wild says.
While Moonlink Satellite remains independently owned by Moon, its services will continue to be integrated with Moonlink Studios.
Moonlink Studios offers a wide range of production services including: sound stages, live shot studios, crew, and camera/equipment packages. With three live shot studios currently online, located in Detroit, Southfield and Ann Arbor; Moonlink Studios provides live production services and tape feeds to network broadcasters. Moonlink also operates the Combermere Stage in Troy for larger studio shoots. With 8,000 square feet and 210 of continuous cyc wall, Moonlink’s stage suits any type of production, from shooting cars and tabletops to green screen and feature films.
