TROY — Debbie Krone, CPA, CFP, and CDFA, has been promoted to principal at Rehmann, a CPA, wealth management, and corporate investigation firm.
Krone is part of the tax department and has been providing accounting, taxation, and financial planning services since 1993.
“Debbie’s technical experience adds a lot to the firm’s capabilities and we’re thrilled to see her take on an even larger leadership role,” said Steve Maltzman, southeast region managing principal.
Krone is also a Certified Divorce Financial analyst, specializing in financial issues in divorce matters. She is heavily involved in her community as well, serving as the treasurer for the Washtenaw Estate Planning Council and the Chair of the Washtenaw County Collaborative Practice Group. She is also a graduate of Leadership Ann Arbor. Krone earned a bachelor’s in accounting from Michigan State University.
