Rehmann, a fully integrated professional advisory firm in Troy, has named Amy Schaden as a Principal of HR Services. She will work out of the firm’s Detroit office.
With more than 25 years of multi-industry experience and progressive global responsibilities, Schaden was most recently senior vice president of human resources at Mastronardi Produce, where she implemented an HR infrastructure that increased workforce efficiency by 30 percent, supported talent management, and enhanced employee engagement and retention.
“Amy’s results-oriented, consultative approach to HR strategy aligns HR programs with business goals while building trusted relationships,” says Elizabeth Williams of Rehmann. “Her ability to drive meaningful business impact through strategic HR solutions that directly enhance leadership effectiveness, workforce productivity, and business growth will be a tremendous asset to Rehmann, and we are excited to welcome her to the team.”
Schaden received a master’s degree in human resources and labor relations from Michigan State University, where she also completed a bachelor’s degree in social relations.
