Real Estate Attorney Joins Butzel Long

Real estate attorney David W. Hipp has joined Butzel Long as counsel in the firm’s Bloomfield Hills office.

Hipp, of Royal Oak, has represented banks and other lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate finance, including loans, syndications, construction financing and workouts. He has also worked with institutional clients to develop form documents and procedures. Hipp has represented buyers and sells in real estate sale and purchase transactions on a variety of homes to commercial properties.

He has been listed in as a 2016 “Top Lawyer” by DBusiness magazine, and he is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Real Property Section.

Hipp received his juris doctor’s degree from Wayne State University Law School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
