TROY —RE/MAX of Southeastern Michigan has opened RE/MAX Eclipse in Waterford, its second office location in southeast Michigan this year. In February, RE/MAX Eclipse opened in Madison Heights.
“As the No. 1 real-estate company in metro Detroit, we continually look for opportunities to grow our brand throughout the region,” says Magnus Sublett, chief executive officer, RE/MAX of Southeastern Michigan. “The expansion of RE/MAX Eclipse, as well as several additional office openings, has grown our roster to 50 offices throughout southeast Michigan.”
The new office is at 5744 Williams Lake Rd. and is owned and managed by broker/owner Levan Wood, who also operates the Madison Heights office.
“The real-estate market in southeast Michigan continues to grow stronger each day,” Wood says. “There is high demand for knowledgeable real-estate professionals to guide clients through the home buying and selling process. This was the ideal time to expand my RE/MAX business in Oakland County.”
