Nancy Easter White, an experienced marketing and business development specialist, has joined the Ann Arbor office of Quinn Evans Architects as director of marketing. White will oversee a broad range of strategic planning, communications, and business development activities for the 26-person office, which designs civic, cultural, higher education, and restoration projects throughout the Midwest.
White has extensive experience in directing business development efforts for professional service firms. Most recently, she has supported marketing initiatives for Barton Malow Construction Company and H&G Landscape Architecture. She served as business development director at Commonwealth Architects for three years, and as director of marketing at Train & Partners Architects for two years.
White is also known for her work as a professional photographer. She is the author of Majesty of Beaufort; and has contributed photographs to publications including Coastal Living, Inform (Virginia AIA), Cottage Living, New Old House Journal, Old House Interiors, and Preservation.
White is a member of the Society of College and University Planners, a board member of the Society of American Military Engineers, and a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Virginia and an MFA in historic preservation from the Savannah College of Art & Design.
