DETROIT — PwC US announced two professionals from its Detroit office will be admitted into the firm’s partnership, effective July 1, 2013.
Charles J. (C.J.) Finn will be admitted as a tax partner focusing on the automotive sector. He brings more than 13 years of experience advising large, multinational clients on complex technical accounting issues and financial reporting matters. Finn also assists companies with accounting and reporting considerations for capital raising initiatives, acquisitions, dispositions, and other significant events. He is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants Controllers Task Force and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in accounting from the University of Michigan.
James (Jim) Manley will be admitted as a state and local tax partner focusing on clients in the manufacturing and utilities industry. Manley brings more than 22 years of experience in income and sales/use taxes, including restructuring, appeals, compliance, transaction analysis and refund analysis to the firm. He leads several large compliance outsourcing projects for clients in the manufacturing and utilities industries. Manley earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in accounting from the University of Michigan.

These new partners bring experience to the market in a variety of industries including: automotive and power and utilities and bring more than three decades of combined experience to the partnership.
