BLOOMFIELD HILLS — Pulte Capital Partners LLC, a strategic investment firm focused exclusively on investing in businesses in the building products industry, has announced the acquisition of Edgewater, Fla.-based Advanced Air and Heat. Pulte Capital Partners CEO Bill Pulte made the announcement.
Advanced Air and Heat is one of Florida’s largest air conditioning and heating companies, employing more than 40 people. The company provides service, repairs and installation to all major heating and cooling brand equipment.
“We are very excited to have Advanced Air and Heat as part of the Pulte Capital Partners portfolio,” Pulte said. “This company fits in very well with our first acquisition, Carstin Brands, one of the largest countertop manufacturers in the United States.”
Pulte Capital Partners LLC has supplemented the management team of Advanced Air and Heat as part of its strategy to grow the company. Michael Stucky joined as CEO after serving as president of Pulte Building Systems, a $100 million division of PulteGroup.
