Stephanie Angelyn Casola, Detroit-based journalist-turned-public relations and social media manager, has opened her own company, Prologue in Ferndale.
Casola has more than two decades of experience, from her more than 10 years spent as a full-time reporter writing, designing pages and editing copy for the Observer & Eccentric newspapers and contributing to magazines and online publications, to working in the public relations, social media industry.
She previously worked in public relations agencies ranging in size from startup to staffed-up and now specializes in the food, beverage, entertainment, and the hospitality industries.
Casola, of Ferndale, earned her Bachelor of Arts in journalism at Michigan State University.
