Mike Lewis has joined Dexter-based Protomatic, a prototype and custom short-run precision machining company, as its business development manager.
Lewis will be responsible for supporting the development of new customer relationships, with particular focus on the medical and aerospace industries. He will focus on working with customers to help develop, then produce, customized product solutions.
He brings manufacturing sector experience in product development and product management, sales, marketing, and business development. Previously, Lewis had been with General Electric, Brooks Utility Products, and Door Controls International.
Lewis earned his Bachelor of Science in engineering from Michigan State University.
