ROCHESTER HILLS — Potestivo & Associates P.C. has hired Jordan Segal as the firm’s new supervising bankruptcy attorney.
Most recently, Segal was assistant city solicitor in Baltimore, Md. and his responsibilities included reviewing vendor contracts for accuracy and advising city agencies on matters of municipal governance. He has extensive experience in the areas of bankruptcy, foreclosure, eviction, fair debt collection practices, and real estate litigation.
In addition to being admitted to practice in the state of Michigan, Segal has also been admitted to the Maryland State Bar, the Federal District Court for the District of Maryland, and the Federal District Court for the District of Columbia.
He received his bachelor of arts in philosophy and political science from Amherst College. He earned his J.D. at The George Washington University Law School where he served as moot court board president.
