Comcast, which has its regional headquarters in Plymouth, has named Jill Johnson senior director of customer experience for the Heartland Region, which includes Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky, and Melissa Bahoora vice president of sales for the same region.
Johnson will oversee all projects and initiatives to improve customer service for business and residential customers. She will be based in Comcast’s Plymouth office.
Previously, she was senior director of business process effectiveness for Comcast’s West Division customer experience team in Colorado. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics and business from Kalamazoo College.
Bahoora will be based in Comcast’s Plymouth office and responsible for developing sales strategies, tactical execution plans, and core processes designed to drive growth and foster employee engagement.
She was previously director of sales for AT&T’s greater Los Angeles area. Bahoora earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from Eastern Michigan University.
