Farmington Hills-based PolyFlex Products Inc., a leading manufacturer of material handling products, has named Paul Veryser to vice president of operations and David Duncan to the position of plant manager.
Veryser will focus on the continued growth of PolyFlex and be responsible for the oversight of program management, engineering, design, manufacturing, quality control, sales, and customer service. Duncan will be responsible for managing PolyFlex’s three-shift manufacturing operations, focusing on optimizing current processes to increase quality and overall production.
Previously, Veryser served as president of Novitas Advisors LLC, a management consulting firm that aided CEOs and owners in the areas of strategy, marketing, finance and operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science from The American University and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
Duncan served as vice president of operations for Minth Group in East Tawas, manufacturer of interior/exterior automotive injection molded and metal stamped parts. He holds a bachelor’s in business management from the University of Maryland and is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
