TROY — OpTech, a technology and health care workforce solutions provider, has named Debra Blair as the new director of recruiting.
Blair has more than 15 years’ experience managing the life cycle of staffing solutions. She was recently an account manager for a global solutions and services provider, and focused her work for automotive, retail and health care clients.Blair’s recruiting management posts include Welden Global Enterprise IT, VisionIT, and Manpower Professional.
Blair holds multiple professional certifications, including Technical Services Certified and Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association. Blair is also member of the Michigan Council of Women in Technology.
