TROY — OpTech, a Troy-based information technology and engineering workforce solutions provider, has named Colleen Blaesing and Angela Lovelace to the team as senior talent acquisition specialists.
Blaesing, of Clawson, has more than 25 years of experience in a communication, recruitment and training, marketing operations ,and business development. Her most recent role was managing the sourcing, recruitment and replacement of the nursing division of the Michigan offices of a national health care staffing company. Her primary responsibility at OpTech will be sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates primarily for the nursing industry.
Lovelace, of West Bloomfield, has more than 15 years of experience in corporate recruiting, marketing, and communications. Her most recent role was sourcing, interviewing, and managing the hiring initiatives of four different business units for an advertising agency in Detroit. Her primary responsibility at OpTech will be sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates primarily for the health care industry.
Blaesing is a graduate of Wayne State University and holds a bachelor’s in communications and public relations. Lovelace is a graduate of Oakland Community College and obtained an associate’s in business with a marketing focus.
