TROY — OpTech, an IT, engineering, and health care workforce services provider, has named Brian Bourcier, Natalie Filipek, and Maryann Papakonstantinou as technical recruiters. They are responsible for assessing and addressing client engineering talent and business needs.
Bourcier, far left, has more than five years of engineering and IT recruiting experience. Previously, he worked at Contract Professionals Inc. and Reliance One Inc. Bourcier, of Warren, holds a bachelor’s in entrepreneurship from Central Michigan University.
Filipek brings engineering and skilled trades recruiting experience for Tier 1 automotive suppliers in both direct hire and contract roles. Filipek’s last post was with NexTech Professional Services. He is also from Warren and holds a bachelor’s in communications from University of Detroit Mercy.
Papakonstantinou brings nearly 10 years of experience in recruiting and account management covering professional, engineering, IT, and light industrial services. Papakonstantinou’s previous positions include Acro Service Corp. and G-Tech Services Inc. She is a resident of Harrison Township and holds a bachelor’s in public relations from Wayne State University.
