ONU One Adds New Team Members

Shawn Dorsey, Armen Kabodian, and Damon Maneice, have joined ONU One, a software development company based in Southfield.

Dorsey, a senior 3-D visualization engineer at ONU, will work on optimization, enhancement, and animation of highly-detailed CAD geometry for use on web and mobile devices. He has five years of experience as lead of the Intelligence Team at 3DEXCITE; specializing in engineering CAD/PLM extraction, physical material digitization, and detailed product information. Prior to that, Dorsey worked on the CGI for several independent films, and several years at GE Aviation in the Product Definition Engineering Systems group.

Dorsey, of Birmingham, holds degrees in engineering from Eastern Michigan University, and 3D/CGI production from the Digital Animation & Visual Effects school in Orlando.

 

As executive sales manager, Kabodian will lead sales initiatives with clients to further grow the business. His background includes sales and leadership responsibility at large technology companies including IBM, RSA Security and Salesforce.com; and other entrepreneurial companies including VeriSign, ePrize, and Covisint. He also authored a book on customer satisfaction.

Kabodian, of Rochester Hills, earned his Bachelor of Science in finance and management information systems from Oakland University.

 

 

Maneice, a software engineer, is responsible for testing, documentation, development, and coding. He previously worked at Pillar Technology as a software artisan, and before that was a senior consultant at ThoughtWorks.

Maneice, of Southfield, earned his Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from Western Michigan University.
