Bloomfield Hills-based financial and strategic advisory firm O’Keefe which specializes in enterprise consulting, litigation support, strategic advisory, turnaround, and restructuring, has announced the promotion of Matthew Rizzo to director and Griffin Wagner to senior associate.

Rizzo is a certified public accountant and accredited by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) as a certified valuation analyst (CVA).
Rizzo has business valuation expertise in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes and gift tax valuations providing objective, independent valuations. He provides litigation economic damages analysis to clients with a variety of issues such as patent infringement, warranty breaches, and contract disputes within many different industries. Additionally he has corporate turnaround consulting services with hands-on experience with tech companies, consumer product manufacturers, and consumer goods and services companies.
Wagner is also accredited by the NACVA as a CVA. He specializes in providing litigation support services, turnaround and restructuring, valuations, and shareholder disputes. He provides financial analysis and underwriting for loan opportunities for Grow Michigan, O’Keefe’s recent appointment.
O’Keefe was established in 2001 with locations in Detroit and Grand Rapids.
