Cornerstone Consulting Organization in Ohio has announced the addition of two operations executives, George Pucci and Jason Smith. Both will focus on leading field consultants to drive operational improvement and provide client training. One of the company’s partners, Scott Wawrzyniak, is based in Detroit, and the company works with automotive manufacturers and suppliers in Detroit.

Pucci has more than 30 years of experience in technical operations with a history of financial and operational turnarounds across nuclear, automotive plastics, and chemical facilities in the U.S. and Mexico. He was previously the director of global operational excellence with Jason Industries and completed his bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering technology at Bowling Green State University. He is a certified internal quality auditor and master molder I and II.
Smith began his 30-year career as a manufacturing engineer and adjust instructor at Union University and the University of Memphis. He spent 15 years with Eaton Corp. and was vice president of its hydraulic Americas business unit. He restructured regional operations, consolidating three product divisions and directed the global redefinition of integrated supply chain operations to leverage best cost regions. Most recently, he was the president and CEO of Speyside Steel Fab Holdings. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Union University and his bachelor’s in industrial technology from Middle Tennessee State.
