DETROIT — Ocean Prime announces the addition of the unique flavors and compositions with its recently updated lunch menu available beginning Monday, March 18. Guests can enjoy executive chef Adam Polisei’s spring-inspired culinary creations prepared with the highest quality and freshest ingredients available.
“We update our menus to create new experiences for our guests while continuing to offer seasonally sourced ingredients,” said executive corporate chef Brian Hinshaw. “These new dishes represent a more diverse menu and have already received great responses in our other markets.”
The revamped lunch menu showcases special dishes daily ranging from a flatiron steak salad, shrimp banh mi wrap, to seafood cioppino.
