TROY — Ocean Prime congratulates bar chef Tracy Stefanides for winning the 2013 Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau Recognition of Service Excellence (ROSE) Award.
“There is not a day that goes by that Tracy doesn’t make sure that all of those around her are having an amazing day,” said Ocean Prime general manager Greg Sage. “She goes out of her way to take care of all of our guests and associates.”
Stefanides has been a bar chef at Ocean Prime since the Troy location opened five years ago and has never called in ill.
“I am honored to be the recipient of such a prestigious award,” said Stefanides. “The guests, my teammates and the entire Cameron Mitchell Restaurants family make it such a pleasure to work for Ocean Prime.”
The award is given each year by the DMCVB to standouts in the hospitality industry that provide unforgettable customer service. Community members nominate people they think deserve recognition for their hard work, and then voting occurs through a public online poll.
Ocean Prime is located at 2915 Coolidge Highway at the corner of Big Beaver and Coolidge.
