Lisa Bell has joined NSF International, an Ann Arbor-based global public health and safety organization, as vice president of global human resources.
In her new role, Bell will lead a global human resources team, including regional HR directors in Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America.
Bell has more than 25 years of experience, most recently as the first vice president of human resources at DE-STA-CO, where her focus was on global human resources transformation. Prior to this position, Bell worked as director of human resources at Owens Corning. She also worked at Holcim, a Switzerland-based global cement manufacturer (now LaFargeHolcim).
She has been involved in the Ann Arbor community volunteering at Skyline High School and with the Ann Arbor Public Schools Educational Foundation.
Bell, of Ann Arbor, earned her Bachelor of Arts in business management and MBA in business management from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
