Mary Ellen Albritton has been named global director of talent management for NSF International in Ann Arbor, a global public health organization. In her new role, Albritton will be responsible for helping develop and implement talent acquisition, leadership, and organization development strategy and initiatives.
Albritton previously served as director of global talent management and corporate human resources at Destaco in Auburn Hills, an automation, workholding, and containment solution company. She also established leadership development at Holcim in Ann Arbor, a global cement manufacturer.
Albritton, of Maumee, Ohio, earned a bachelor of arts in communication and a master of education in instructional design and adult education from the University of Toledo.
