Northville Park Place Shopping Center to Open Next Week

Livonia-based Northville Park Place, a shopping center featuring a MOD Pizza, Orangetheory Fitness, AT&T, and more, will open on Aug. 29. 

“We are very excited to invite the community out to celebrate our grand opening of Northville Park Place, and introduce our diverse mix of tenants that will be sure to give local residents an innovative dining and retail experience,” says Warren Strietzel, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Schostak Brothers and Co. 

Located on the southwest corner of Seven Mile and Haggerty Roads, the shopping center is comprised of a variety of tenants including, SVS Vision, Granite City Food & Brewery, Rusty Bucket, Sherwin Williams, BurgerFi, Chipotle, Jimmy John’s, Tom & Chee, Red Olive, Sports Clips, and Gazelle Sports.

The opening  will kick off with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 1:30 p.m., followed by activities and giveaways from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Northville Park Place will also host a Stuff-A-Bus fundraiser benefiting Vista Maria, a Dearborn Heights-based charity that delivers care, support, treatment, and education to youth through community programs, during its opening. Attendees who donate at least five items or $20 to the fundraiser will be entered for a chance to win a Disney Cruise and airfare for four.
