Northville Park Place Adds 2 More Tenants; Sets Opening in August

LIVONIA — Schostak Brothers & Co. has completed leases for two more tenants at the Northville Park Place, a 65,924-square-foot mixed-use development, at the southwest corner of Seven Mile and Haggerty Road.

The  joint venture between Schostak Brothers and Bloomfield Hills-based REI Investment Group Inc., the  development has added:

Orangetheory Fitness, a fitness studio and SVS Vision, a vision center offering a selection of top designer frames and contact lenses.

Additionally, the Seattle-based MOD Pizza, a new restaurant concept introduced by Livonia-based Team Schostak Family Restaurants, will open one of its first Michigan locations in Northville Park Place this summer. MOD Pizza offers individual artisan-style pizzas that are made on demand using organic fresh-pressed dough and signature sauces.

“Together our tenants will elevate the dining and retail options not only for Northville residents, but for those in the surrounding communities as well,” COO Warren Strietzel says.

The tenants will be joining previously announced retailers and restaurants, including Granite City Food & Brewery, Rusty Bucket, Sherwin-Williams, BurgerFi, Chipotle, Jimmy John’s, Tom + Chee, Red Olive, Sports Clips and Gazelle Sports.

A grand opening celebration for Northville Park Place will be held on Aug. 29. The event will kick off at 10:30 a.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by a variety of family-friendly activities held from 11 a.m.- 3 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
