Roger Goldbaum has been named chief financial officer and vice president of finance for the Auburn Hills-based NORMA Group’s Americas Region.
Previously, Goldbaum had been CFO for Willbanks Energy Logistics and has served in senior management positions at Visteon and Ford Motor Co.
During his more than 20-year business career, he also has served as an operations-focused finance and accounting executive at Precision Parts International, HTPG, and IBM, as well as a variety of private equity, venture capital and family-owned businesses.
Goldbaum, of Bloomfield Hills, holds a bachelor’s in civil engineering and a master’s in business administration, both from the University of Michigan.
