New York Firm Acquires Livonia-based Cambridge

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC, a subsidiary of insurance broker Marsh Inc. announced the acquisition of Cambridge Property and Casualty based in Livonia expanding the firm to Michigan.

Founded in 1974, Cambridge has roughly $6 million in annual revenues and 41 employees, all of whom will join Marsh and McLennan, with Cambridge operating in the upper Midwest region, expanding Marsh and McLeenan in Michigan.
