ANN ARBOR — Colliers International Ann Arbor today announced it has leased space to two new tenants in the Wickfield Center, 100 Phoenix Dr. in Ann Arbor. They are: NSF International and Internet2, both leasing space in the East Tower.
These two tenants represent more progress in the redevelopment of the former Borders corporate headquarters. Other recent tenants include Goldstar Mortgage, Huron I.P. Research, Aysling Solutions, Universal Marketing Group, and Covall Fitness.
Jim Chaconas and Brendan Cavender of Colliers International Ann Arbor have been leading the leasing and marketing efforts for the 330,000 square feet Wickfield Center.
