TROY— OpTech, an IT, engineering, and health care workforce solutions provider, has named Cindy Proudfoot as senior talent acquisition specialist.
Proudfoot has an extensive background in recruiting and business development. She was most recently a lead business development consultant with PITSS America and was responsible for finding and developing customer and sales leads. She also held positions with The Mergis Group, a division of Spherion, MPC Inc., and Kelly HRFirst.
Proudfoot is a graduate of Oakland University and holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources development with a concentration in youth and adult services.
