New York-based law firm Wilson Elser, a AmLaw 200 firm, has named John T. Eads III as a partner, and has opened a new office in Novi.
With nearly 25 years of experience handling high-exposure medical malpractice cases, Eads also handles general liability, legal malpractice defense, business and employment disputes, contract actions, and municipal/school liability matters.
Eads is AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, is included in Michigan’s Super Lawyers (2006-2014), a 2013 Top Rated Lawyer in Insurance Law, was named a Top Lawyer for DBusiness, and is listed as one of Michigan’s Top 25 Leaders in Law by Michigan Lawyers Weekly. In addition, he has been nominated as a Fellow of the Michigan Bar Foundation for his “outstanding legal ability and devotion to community.”

Eads earned his BA from Hillsdale College and his J.D. degree from University of Richmond Law School.
