New Partner Joins Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss

SOUTHFIELD — Ethan Holtz has been named partner at Southfield-based Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C.

Holtz is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group, joining Jaffe as an associate in September 2010. Prior to this role, he spent 10 years in New York City with Morrison Cohen LLP. He has developed a litigation practice representing public and private companies, and high-net worth individuals. He covers a host of litigation needs, including but not limited to real estate disputes, shareholder and limited liability company member disputes, commercial finance, business torts, intellectual property, securities fraud and employment disputes.

An alumni of the University of Michigan, Holtz received his bachelor’s degree in Middle Eastern and North African Studies. During law school at Fordham University School of Law, Holtz was a member of the Moot Court team and served as associate editor of the Fordham International Law Journal. He is a member of the Michigan and New York State Bars.
