New Global Managing Director Named NSF International Strategic Registrations

Ann Arbor-based NSF International Strategic Registrations, a global certification body that is a division of NSF International, has recently appointed Andrew Weinbach as its new global managing director.

In his new role, Weinbach will lead a global team offering comprehensive management system registrations to internationally accepted standards for quality assurance and environmental protection.

Weinbach brings extensive experience to NSF-ISR in developing global strategies, key account management, and new business development gained in several manufacturing industry sectors.  He most recently served as president of Singleton Group in Santa Clara, Calif., an international manufacturer of specialty thin film materials for global electronic original equipment manufacturers. Prior to this role, Weinbach was sales and marketing manager for LGS Technologies in Dallas, developing marketing and sales strategies in support of mechanically engineered components and assemblies sold to the automotive, aerospace, defense, and electronics industries.

Weinbach earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and political science from the University of Kansas and has received specialized training in prospect management and strategic selling.
