SOUTHFIELD – Neumann Smith Architecture has added seven new employees to their retail team.
Patrick Barry, Chris Lentine, Scott Maynard, and Jeff Winslow join the team as project managers, and Sura Daood, Michael Roby, and Steve Smith join the team as project architects.
Barry is serving a 4-year term as a board member on the State of Michigan Board of Architects
Lentine specializes in architectural/engineering design and construction, documentation, and development for retail and commercial projects, ranging from small boutique retailers to high-end destination retail centers.
Maynard is a resource for sustainable design. He has supported the application and certification of LEED for multiple projects.
Winslow is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute and a certified Construction Document Technologist.
Daood is well versed in Revit Architecture for complex commerical, industrial, sports and entertainment, academic, and healthcare facilities.
Roby is an associate AIA member certified in both Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Smith is a certified Building Information Modeling specialist able to provide implementation strategies for a fully integrated 3D project delivery.
The seven new retail team employees have nearly 100 years of combined experience in the architechture industry.
