DETROIT — Neighborhood Service Organization, a nonprofit human services agency, has named Cassandra Harvey as its new director of employment and talent management.
Harvey, of Clinton Township, will provide strategic human resources leadership for talent acquisition, management, and development.
Harvey, who has more than 15 years of experience in human resources, is on the board for the Michigan Diversity Council, a member of the American Society for Talent Development and the Society for Human Resources Management, and is a certified facilitator or administrator for various training programs. She previously served as the training and development manager at Level One Bank, and the human resources training and development leader at Michigan First Credit Union.
She has a bachelor’s in business and an MBA in organizational management from Texas Wesleyan University, and an M.A. in evangelism and church planting from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.
